CS Micro-lessons ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Your study progress (cards completed, mastery levels, streaks) is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
When you use the "Explain" feature, your voice is processed using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework. Your spoken words are transcribed locally. If you have AI feedback enabled, the text transcription may be sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate educational feedback. No audio recordings are stored or transmitted.
The App requests microphone access solely for the voice explanation feature. You can use all other features without granting microphone permission.
Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
All your learning data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, your progress data is also deleted.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is educational in nature and suitable for all ages.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
