By using the Paint Aloha app or ordering products from us, you agree to these terms.
Paint Aloha provides a mobile app that converts your photos into paint-by-numbers designs. You may optionally order physical paint kits based on your designs.
You retain ownership of any photos you use with our app. By ordering a kit, you confirm that you have the right to use the image (e.g., it's your own photo or you have permission to use it).
All kit orders are $35 USD including shipping to the United States. Payment is required before shipment. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards via Stripe.
Orders are handmade and typically ship within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Paint Aloha is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our app or products.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
